Technical issues and remarks for presenters
We will have a video projector and laptops equipped with CD drives. There is a current version of PowerPoint installed on the laptops (not Powerpoint 2003!) as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader, thus it would suffice to bring a CD with you if you do not want to bring your laptop with you.
Each presenter has about 20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion.
